EXPERIENCE

Michael T. Ward joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is an Associate on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Michael was an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan where he advised public and private companies on M&A and capital markets transactions. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Truist Securities.

EDUCATION

Michael holds an MS in finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a BA in accounting and finance from Ouachita Baptist University.
