EXPERIENCE

Matt Wardrop joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is a Vice President on the Real Estate team, focused on acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions across various real estate property sectors.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Matt was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, responsible for originating and executing real estate equity and debt transactions across asset classes, risk profiles, and fund strategies.

EDUCATION

Matt graduated from Harvard University with an AB in English and earned an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
