EXPERIENCE

Matt Locascio joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is an Associate on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Matt was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised public and private companies on various capital markets and M&A transactions.

EDUCATION

Matt graduated cum laude with a BBA in finance and minor in sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
