Justin Pierce
EXPERIENCE

Justin Pierce joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Principal and a member of Real Estate’s founding team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Justin was a Senior Associate in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group, responsible for the acquisition, portfolio management, and disposition of HMC’s real estate investments. Prior to joining HMC in 2016, Justin was an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

EDUCATION

Justin received a BBA in finance from Kent State University and is a CAIA charterholder.
