Ashley Castle
EXPERIENCE

Ashley Castle joined Bain Capital in 2018. She is a Vice President of Human Resources, leading efforts to attract, hire, and develop top talent across our Real Estate team. Ashley has also supported talent initiatives for our North America Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she held talent roles at Bain & Company and WilmerHale.

EDUCATION

Ashley received a BA in American Studies from Connecticut College.
