Andrew Terris
PartnerEXPERIENCE
Andrew Terris joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Partner and member of Real Estate’s founding team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Andrew was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group, where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and managing HMC’s real estate investments. Prior to joining HMC, he was the Founder and Director of the Major League Soccer (MLS) Players Union's Career Development Program, which provides post-career transition assistance to all current and former MLS players. Prior to that, Andrew was a professional soccer player for two seasons in the MLS, primarily for D.C. United and FC Dallas (formerly known as Dallas Burn).
EDUCATION
Andrew received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University in psychology, where he was named Academic All-American and was the recipient of the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship award.
